Facilitated discharge tanks

Facilitated discharge tanks made of AISI/304-316 stainless steel. Suitable for must fermentation and wine storage. The bottom door with external semi-funnel or square opening facilitates the discharge of the marc.Vinification tanks with flat bottom and truncated cone bottom are built, mounted on foot and skirt structures.

Mechanisms for automatic extraction of marc, piping for repassing must with fixed or rotating sprayer, stainless steel pumps, diaphragm altimeter, round or square-section unloading doors with hydraulic cylinder, and electric control panel are also mounted.

Oil and wine storage tanks

Oil/wine storage tanks, made of AISI/304-316 stainless steel. Suitable for lo and storage of oil and wine.

Equipped with:

fixed feet, stainless steel boxed and equipped with upper manhole cover, with moplen vent valve;

full and partial drain with stainless steel ball taps;

graduated level with protective level rod on three sides;

oval manhole lower door (only for capacities above Hl. 25).

For this type of product there is an "always-full" variant equipped with floating top cover, acid-proof rubber inner tube and stainless steel pump unit with valve and pressure gauge. Scales, pulleys and cable (only for higher capacities from Hl.10).
