Inox Arte excels in the production of easily drained, baffled, and refrigerated vertical tanks, thermally insulated, or for simple storage, designed for oil and wine; single-wall, isothermal and/or refrigerated, for serum and milk. Easily drained tanks
Easily drained tanks made of AISI/304-316 stainless steel. Suitable for must fermentation and wine storage. The bottom hatch with external opening, semi-funnel or square, facilitates the discharge of grape marc. Vinification tanks are constructed with a flat bottom and a truncated cone bottom, mounted on foot and gutter structures.
They are also equipped with mechanisms for the automatic extraction of grape marc, piping for the remounting of must with fixed or rotating sprayer, stainless steel pumps, membrane altimeter, round or square discharge hatches with hydraulic cylinder, electrical control and command panel.
Storage tanks for oil and wine
Oil/wine storage tanks, made of AISI/304-316 stainless steel. Suitable for the storage of oil and wine. Equipped with:
Fixed stainless steel legs and provided with an upper manhole cover with moplen vent valve;
Total and partial discharge with stainless steel ball valves;
Graduated level with level pole on three sides;
Oval lower manhole for human passage (only for capacities greater than 25 Hl).
For this type of product, the "always full" variant is available with a floating upper lid, anti-acid rubber air chamber, and stainless steel pump unit with valve and pressure gauge. Balance, pulleys, and cable (only for capacities greater than 10 Hl).
Refrigerated tanks for milk
Tanks for milk storage, constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, with cooling through the circulation of cold water. Equipped with:
Electrical panel for automation;
Refrigerating tanks, with an ecological freon gas cooling unit (unit supplied assembled to the tank or separate for remote installation);
Stainless steel box electrical panel;
Tanks for fatty or spent whey, constructed in stainless steel, single-walled;
Suitable accessories.
